Kirkham Centre to Re-Open

Kirkham town centre road will open this afternoon.  29th Feb 2024.  The road regeneration is not complete yet and a further 6 to 8 week of work is required to complete the final touches.

 

The road will again close for one day on Saturday 2nd March for the Kirkham heritage inspired  lantern festival and the road will reopen afterwards

 

Kirkham heritage inspired  lantern festival Saturday 2nd of March: 11am – 10pm  will feature

a lantern festival procession, heritage craft demos, Worldwise samba, Lancashire artisan traders, lantern competition, Preston show choir, Fylde Coast Cloggers, Fire show by Storm in a teacup, Lostock Hall memorial band and more.

 

Plus a FREE musical evening at St. Michael’s Church, with Dave Mawson and The Inbetweeners Ukelele band
