999 Re-Unite Service

Here are details of the 999 Re-unite Scheme which “In the Know Lancashire” Police currently have in place. This scheme is created for people living with or caring for someone who has dementia.

This is information gathered in advance to assist Police and other agencies to search for and locate a loved one in the event of them going missing or being found out in the community appearing lost or confused.
