26/0344 WREA LODGE DUBSIDE THE GREEN WREA GREEN Proposal CHANGE OF USE OF INDOOR SWIMMING POOL AT REAR OF DWELLING TO MIXED PRIVATE AND COMMERCIAL USE TO ALLOW THE PROVISION OF SWIM SCHOOL SESSIONS AND PRIVATE LESSONS WITH TEACHING SPACE, AND ERECTION OF ENTRANCE CANOPY TO SIDE ELEVATION (RETROSPECTIVE) The amendments relates to the following: 1. 45 minute gap between each lesson to give customers time to vacate the premises prior to the next lesson starting 2. Removing all activities on Sundays 3. Reducing activities on Saturdays to morning only 4. Making Saturday mornings one to one’s only and no group lessons offered with the exception of scuba training bookings 5. Reducing the opening hours as proposed and now proposing 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday 6. The majority of customer parking will now be directed to the front driveway of the property 7. The application now includes the retrospective canopy structure that has been erected to the side elevation at the pool entrance

LALC ‘Fylde Area Committee’ meeting will be held on Monday 28th September 2026 at the ‘William Segar Hodgson Pavilion’, Coronation Road, Kirkham, PR4 2HE, commencing at 7pm. e.
