Nordic Walking Classes in Wrea Green

Hello

I am a local resident and a qualified Nordic Walking Instructor.

On Friday 17th May, at 9.15am, I will be starting regular walks around Wrea Green and wondered if the details could be placed on your site.

Nordic Walking is exercise that suits everyone, its low impact and superb for flexibility and mobility. Plus is very sociable as well.

The walks will start from outside the Spar Shop and cover roughly 2.5 miles round the beautiful countryside.

Cost is just £3.50 and equipment is provided. Block bookings of 10 walks receive £5.00 discount.

All places must be reserved in advance so that I can allocate poles.

My contact details are Andrea – 01772 284921
