Hare Coursing – Ballam Road

Officers attended an incident yesterday evening (27th July), off Ballam Road, Lytham, where two males and their dogs were suspected of hare coursing.

The males were on the road when Officers attended, so their details were taken and they were moved on from the area.

If you have any concerns or suspect anyone to be hare coursing, lamping or poaching, this can be reported on 101, or if it is an emergency/ crime in progress, via 999.

Today Officers have returned to the area and displayed the attached notices.

Please continue to report rural crime, so that we can target our patrols to where they are needed.
