Monday 15/02/2021 is at AFC FYLDE located at Mill farm testing is from 09:30 till 15:30; Wednesday 17/02/2021 is at St Cuthbert’s church hall in lytham, testing from 09:30 till 16:00; Thursday 18/02/2021 is at St Georges church hall, St Annes, testing from 09:30 till 16:00; Friday 19/02/2021 is at Kirkham community centre, testing from 09:30 till 16:00. Results usually within the hour. You will be required to fill in some personal details so test results can be provided. Please pass this message on to anybody that may want a free COVID test. |
