Cold Callers

Cold Callers

This afternoon we have had a number of reports from residents in Kirkham, Wesham and Wrea Green about people going door to door trying to sell cleaning products. Your neighbourhood team responded and have managed to find one of the individuals involved and asked them to leave the area. Cold callers can intimidate people especially if they become aggressive. It is also an offence under the Pedlars Act 1871 to pedal goods without a certificate. We are hopeful they will not return but if you do have any further issues please let us know.

Kind regards

PCSO Anna Morris
