Kirkham Grammar School is an independent co-educational day and boarding school with 900 pupils on roll from 3 to 18 years.
The School takes boarders from the age of 11 on both a long- term and short-term basis. Good academic results are the School’s top priority, although it has traditionally adopted an holistic approach to education, being concerned with the development of the whole person. A great deal of effort goes into the provision of a broad and balanced education, which seeks to enhance personal development.
Alongside an excellent reputation for sport, Kirkham Grammar School has an award-winning Combined Cadet Force, and strong music, art and drama departments. There are many extra- curricular developments in which pupils take part.
